We’re excited to announce Cooper Robertson has been selected to support the City of Sacramento’s update of the River District Specific Plan.

The River District is a unique part of central Sacramento. Located at the confluence of the American River and Sacramento River, its history reflects the city’s legacy as a gateway to the rich agricultural land of the Central Valley. Over the last 20 years, produce processing and warehouses have begun sharing the district with new major office and residential developments. Cooper Robertson is leading a multidisciplinary team updating the River District Specific Plan, including Fehr & Peers, AIM, EPS, Mark Thomas, and Rincon. The Plan will update the vision for this fast-changing part of the city, and establish design concepts that link the vision to regulatory and financial implementation steps.
