Erin Flynn, RA LEED AP joined Cooper Robertson in 2010 and was named partner in 2019. She has over 20 years of experience in cultural and museum work. She was instrumental as a project leader on such notable commissions as the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Fowler Museum at UCLA Planning Study, the Studio Museum in Harlem, and most recently, the Princeton University Art Museum. Erin plays an important role in mentoring, developing and managing project teams.
Erin manages quality control and systems research, develops and advances the implementation of building technology in the firm’s work, and ensures best practices in design and management of projects. She currently serves as a mentor and advisor for the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, an internal group whose main objective is to advance inclusion through skill-building and engagement with the design community.
A LEED-accredited professional, Erin is a registered architect and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon.
